Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern airport transfer services provided by Prime Antalya Airport Transfers. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings

Bookings can be made through our website form, WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only once we reply with a confirmation and a fixed fare. Please provide accurate pick-up details, flight number and passenger count.

2. Prices and payment

• Fares are quoted per vehicle and are fixed for the route you book.
• Prices are shown in GBP, EUR or TRY for convenience; the amount is agreed at confirmation.
• No prepayment is required. You pay the driver in cash or by card after the ride, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional stops or route changes requested during the trip may affect the price.

3. Cancellations and changes

• You may cancel or amend a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
• Because no prepayment is taken, there is no cancellation fee for timely cancellations.
• Please notify us as early as possible of any change so we can reassign the vehicle.

4. Flight delays and waiting time

We monitor your flight and the driver will wait at no extra cost for reasonable delays on arrival transfers. For departure transfers, please be ready at the agreed pick-up time.

5. Passenger responsibilities

• Provide correct contact and flight information.
• Comply with local law and the driver's reasonable safety instructions, including seatbelt use.
• Children must use appropriate child seats, which we provide free on request.

6. Liability

We provide transfers with licensed, insured vehicles and professional drivers. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
